Infrastructure & Building Administration Team Lead

About the role

This role leads facilities management and infrastructure maintenance across a complex multi‑site operational environment, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead facilities management and infrastructure maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programmes for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and building fabric systems.
• Manage contractor performance, service agreements and vendor relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Drive infrastructure improvement projects such as camp upgrades, Wi‑Fi, telecommunications, CCTV, access control and public address/alarm systems.
• Maintain accurate asset registers, maintenance records and audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in facilities management or infrastructure services, including multi‑site operations.
• Proven track record delivering infrastructure projects and managing large contractor teams.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to travel regularly between Luanda and Soyo.

• Implementation of Wi‑Fi, telecommunications, CCTV, access control, public address and alarm systems.
• Asset register maintenance and audit‑ready documentation.
