About the role
The HSE Lead Coordinator will develop HSE standards, monitor performance and roll out HSE campaigns both at the head office and on board vessels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE standards and campaigns.
- Monitor HSE performance across the organization.
- Conduct vessel visits to ensure compliance.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in HSE or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in oil & gas and maritime sectors.
- Fluent English and Angolan citizenship.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, indicators and tools.
- Experience rolling out HSE campaigns and conducting vessel inspections.
