About the role
KBR is seeking a General Superintendent to lead daily site development operations for the Sonangol Lobito Refinery Project in Angola. The role focuses on safety, quality, and schedule while overseeing technical and administrative project aspects.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and improve the site early in the project lifecycle.
- Oversee subcontractors, review and process shop drawings.
- Document contract changes and maintain daily communication with owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor EPC contractors and produce required owner and in‑house reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction.
- Proven experience working in a field construction environment.
