Full Stack Developer – Laravel & Modern Web

About the role

The client is looking to hire a driven, results‑oriented Full Stack Developer who shares a passion for technology, innovation and excellence in the fast‑evolving AdTech industry. You will join an agile, high‑performing product and tech team to help build the company’s future mobile and web advertising stack.

Key responsibilities

• Iteratively design, implement and deliver software features for new and existing products.
• Develop secure, testable, efficient, and well‑documented code.
• Refactor existing code to higher quality standards using modern best practices.
• Participate in pair programming and code reviews with other developers.
• Work cross‑functionally to drive the company’s technological development.
• Collaborate on designing and building new features and products.
• Contribute actively to team and company standards.

Required profile

• Mastery of the Laravel PHP web framework.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns and best practices.
• Passion for testing and test‑driven development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience designing and developing high‑quality software.
• Experience with TailwindCSS, SASS and the Laravel ecosystem (Nova, Forge, Horizon).
