Financial Specialist – Contracts, Costs and Measurements

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Specialist – Contracts, Costs and Measurements to join a team overseeing the construction of public digital infrastructure in Angola for up to sixteen months. The role works under the client’s technical direction, focusing on inspection, verification and quality‑control activities rather than execution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspection of construction works to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Verify cost and measurement data for accuracy and contractual alignment.
• Perform quality‑control checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and registration with the Engineers’ Association.
• Minimum eight years of experience in construction supervision or management, including specialist installations.
• Experience in construction site safety coordination and use of BIM.
