Field Services Representative

About the role

The Field Services Representative provides technical assistance to final customers in Luanda, ensuring the correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections. The role involves on‑site support, feedback collection, and liaison with customers to maximise product performance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that Tenaris Hydril recommended practices are followed during well site preparation, installation and repair of Premium Connections.
• Provide technical support and work directly with customer representatives to ensure efficient product installation.
• Assist customers on rig sites using Tenaris internet resources and any region‑specific information.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback on Tenaris products and services to identify improvement areas.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Tenaris standards through self‑training and FISE curricula.
• Complete service reports promptly in both hardcopy and electronic formats.
• Collect field and industry feedback on Tenaris and competitor products, adding documentation to the reference library.
• Comply with Tenaris policies, legal regulations and protect company assets.

Required profile

• Technical background with experience in field service or oil‑field support.
• Strong customer liaison skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Self‑motivated learner familiar with industry standards and able to follow training programs.
• Attention to detail for accurate reporting and documentation.
