Early Years, Primary & Secondary Teachers (Cambridge Curriculum)

About the role

Inspiration School Luanda is seeking qualified Early Years, Primary and Secondary teachers to join its English‑medium, Cambridge‑based programme. This full‑time, on‑site position involves planning and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate lessons for learners aged 3 to 13.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons for Early Years, Primary and Secondary classes.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments and reports.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support students’ social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and whole‑school initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and school events.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student progress.

Required profile

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., Qualified Teacher) and proven classroom experience.
• Strong lesson‑planning skills, including curriculum alignment, differentiation and assessment for learning.
• Subject knowledge in core areas such as Mathematics and Literacy.
• Excellent communication skills for classroom instruction and parent engagement.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge Assessment International Education curriculum is highly desirable.
• Commitment to inclusive, student‑centred practices.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
