Early Careers - Geologist

About the role

Join SLB’s Geoscience and Petrotechnical teams as an early‑career Geologist. You will apply earth‑science knowledge together with modern logging technologies to assess reservoir architecture and hydrocarbon potential, supporting clients in solving complex subsurface challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Work as a core member of the geoscience team to evaluate exploration prospects.
• Prepare surface and subsurface maps that illustrate stratigraphic arrangements.
• Generate structural models, including seismic interpretation, geological interpretation, rock‑property analysis, and time‑depth conversion.
• Perform facies modelling and create structural frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Geology.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills with the ability to present factual information clearly.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and adapt to varied working conditions and locations.
