Early Careers Geologist

About the role

Join SLB’s Geoscience and Petrotechnical team as an Early Careers Geologist. You will apply earth‑science knowledge and modern logging technologies to assess reservoir architecture and hydrocarbon potential, working closely with customers to solve complex challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate as a core member of the geoscience team to evaluate prospects.
• Prepare surface and subsurface maps that illustrate stratigraphic arrangements.
• Generate structural models, including seismic interpretation, geological interpretation, rock‑property analysis, mapping, and creation of structural frameworks with time‑ and depth‑conversion.
• Perform facies modelling to support reservoir characterization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Geology.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills with the ability to present factual information clearly.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and adapt to varied working conditions and locations.
