Data Science Specialist – Analytics Division

About the role

The Analytics Division is seeking a Data Science Specialist who will blend deep product knowledge with user‑experience design to drive impactful insights. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into intuitive, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of assigned product technologies and features.
• Research and deliver human and business impact insights for products.
• Create deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Communicate UX findings clearly to design teams, product partners, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in interactive or visual design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness of mobile, communications, and collaboration trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
• Ability to produce polished design prototypes and mockups.
• Accurate effort scoping, estimation, and independent task prioritisation.
