Credit Analysis Manager

About the role

The Credit Analysis Manager leads financial analysis, credit assessment, and financing activities across Webcor Group. This position supports strategic funding initiatives, evaluates financing options, structures debt facilities, and manages relationships with local and international financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling, credit analysis, and financing transactions for the Group.
• Evaluate financing options and structure debt facilities to meet strategic objectives.
• Prepare bankable credit submissions and manage the Group's debt portfolio.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Legal, and Senior Management to drive funding strategies.
• Support investment decisions and optimise the capital structure.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, credit analysis, treasury, banking, structured finance or FP&A.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, credit analysis and financing transactions.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash‑flow analysis, debt structures and corporate finance principles.
• Experience working directly with banks, lenders, investors or credit committees.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
