Chief Operating Officer

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will partner closely with the CEO to shape and execute the organization’s vision, operational strategy, and growth plans. This senior leader will translate high‑level strategy into actionable initiatives, drive performance management, and foster an inclusive culture where teams can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives, budget, and brand, driving productivity, quality, and scalable processes.
• Analyze internal operations, identify improvement opportunities, and manage capital investments to meet investor growth and profitability targets.
• Oversee personnel, budgets, supply chains, and daily workflows; monitor performance with tracking tools and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the CEO on long‑term business goals, build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with national and local regulations and lead recruiting, onboarding, professional development, and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of executive leadership experience, preferably with international exposure.
• Proven track record in operational management and deep familiarity with industry dynamics.
• Strong analytical thinking and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Business‑level fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) for stakeholder communication.
