About the role

Premier Yangue is launching the Global Future Leaders Programme (PY‑GFLP) in Luanda, offering recent graduates a fast‑track experience in business development, marketing and international partnerships across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior management on business development and international partnership initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning, corporate marketing and market research projects.
• Assist in digital marketing, corporate communications and client relationship management.
• Participate in business intelligence and market analysis to drive growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree obtained within the last three years in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Management, Economics, Business Analytics or related fields.
• Fluent English with strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, multicultural mindset and passion for innovation.
