Business Expansion Lead

About the role

The Business Expansion Lead will drive sales growth within the assigned territory by partnering with distributors and outbound teams. This senior position focuses on building an optimal distributor network, ensuring DP World remains a neutral partner while supporting the strategic objectives of healthcare affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and service orders by collaborating with distributors and outbound sales teams.
• Design and implement an optimal distributor network while maintaining DP World’s neutrality.
• Achieve sales targets across all principals and support accurate forecasting and market insights.
• Resolve operational issues between distributors and DP World promptly.
• Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and share insights.
• Lead and oversee sales representatives, ensuring proper inventory levels and avoiding stock outs or over‑stocking.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify expansion opportunities within the territory.
• Engage customers to advance the business’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Science, Sales & Marketing, or Business.
• Minimum 10 years of senior sales management experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Proven experience managing distributor networks and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing and supply‑chain teams.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in the territory.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
