Webflow Developer – Remote, Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma mockups into pixel‑perfect, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites and own the technical delivery of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build custom, fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to ensure flawless technical translation of Figma or Adobe XD mockups.
• Build and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections, keeping content scalable and well‑structured.
• Write clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs (e.g., Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM software) to enhance functionality and tracking.
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing to guarantee a seamless user experience.
• Maintain website security, update plugins/scripts, and troubleshoot bugs proactively.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Webflow design and development, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, or startup environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow CMS, complex animations, and custom interactions.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive design principles; proficient in Figma.
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with ability to inject custom scripts.
• Familiarity with modern Webflow frameworks such as Client‑First or Relume.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Robust portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects, custom interactions, and before/after designs.
