Database Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Database Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain high‑performance database systems that power enterprise‑scale healthcare applications. The role combines deep SQL expertise with modern cloud and NoSQL technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain relational and NoSQL database systems for enterprise applications.
• Write complex SQL queries, analyze execution plans, and perform performance tuning.
• Develop and manage reports using SSRS and build ETL workflows with SSIS and contemporary data‑integration tools.
• Monitor database health, enforce security compliance, and apply best‑practice governance.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for database deployments.
• Support real‑time data streaming and analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on database engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience optimizing large‑scale systems in Agile environments.
• Proactive attitude toward reliability and scalability improvements.
