Talent Acquisition Specialist – 6‑Month Project

About the role

Mitrelli is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a six‑month project to support strategic recruitment activities across its African development initiatives. The role is hands‑on, requires strong English communication, and involves close collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate follow‑up.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, databases and Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, prepare shortlists and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, the CEO and other stakeholders, and gather feedback.
• Work with external recruitment agencies, aligning their activities with project timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and produce regular recruitment trackers.
• Provide administrative support for all recruitment documentation.
• Support market mapping and research to identify relevant talent pools.

Required profile

• Autonomous, highly organised and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in project‑based environments.
• Comfortable interacting with international stakeholders and senior leadership.
