Senior Subsea Operator – Offshore Angola

About the role

Expro is seeking an experienced Subsea Senior Operator to join its Angola offshore team. You will be responsible for preparing and running subsea equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations in line with company standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute subsea operations with the team, following the operating manual and safety procedures.
• Perform equipment checks to verify compliance with Expro policies, standards, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate daily with the offshore supervisor to plan material, spares, and maintenance support.
• Participate in toolbox talks, planning meetings, and client liaison sessions.
• Prepare and return equipment at on‑shore bases when required.
• Complete all required documentation for company and client processes.
• Mentor junior team members and support competency development.

Required profile

• Formal technical qualification (degree, diploma or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of technical experience in offshore subsea operations.
• Successful completion of the Subsea competency for the relevant grade.
