Senior Manager – Commercial Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Commercial Finance to join a fast‑paced organization operating in a complex commercial environment. The role will drive profitability, support strategic decisions, and enhance financial performance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Provide commercial and operational decision support through financial insights.
• Conduct profitability analysis, cost optimisation, and performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Support contract negotiations and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks.
• Strengthen governance, controls, and financial processes across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Business Partnering.
• Background in FMCG or a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA or ACCA.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Primavera, BI tools).
