Sales Manager – Oil & Gas (Angola)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead strategic relationships and deliver tailored solutions for the oil and gas sector in Angola. You will manage key accounts, drive revenue growth, and shape long‑term partnerships while leveraging your technical and commercial expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Design and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into long‑term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals.
• Provide product information, support, and training; resolve issues and manage complaints.
• Conduct market research, track industry trends, and report on account status and sales activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent (essential).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in oilfield‑related activities (essential).
• Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Leadership, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
