Sales Manager – Luanda, Angola

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its sales operations in Luanda, Angola. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high‑performing team, and establishing a strong market presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a sales team to exceed targets and organizational goals.
• Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Bosch’s objectives and Angolan market conditions.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs and forecasts to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to shape growth and positioning strategies.
• Manage sales budgets, resources and expenses while optimizing ROI.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and performance reviews to senior management.
• Recruit, train and evaluate sales personnel to create a motivated workforce.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English; Portuguese is highly desirable.
• Experience in emerging markets or the Angola region preferred.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and drive organizational change.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Experience using sales analytics tools.
