Sales / Account Manager – ICT & Cybersecurity

About the role

New Cognito, a fast‑growing ICT and cybersecurity company, is expanding its sales team. We are looking for a dynamic Sales/Account Manager who will drive the acquisition and growth of client relationships, focusing on cutting‑edge technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote New Cognito’s ICT and cybersecurity solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Grow the portfolio through cross‑sell, upsell and new client acquisition, especially in the Angolan market.
• Understand client business strategies and align technology offerings to create new opportunities.
• Analyze business needs, propose improvements, and support the launch of new product features.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate internal stakeholders.
• Assist with contract preparation and guide clients through onboarding and implementation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented with proven sales experience in technology or cybersecurity.
• Strong client‑relationship focus and ability to understand and address client needs.
• Senior‑level experience managing key accounts in both private and public sectors.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
