Project Delivery & Government Liaison Representative – Angola

About the role

The Project Delivery & Government Liaison Representative will support Chinese‑invested businesses and international clients in establishing and operating within Dande, Bengo Province. This hands‑on position ensures smooth company registration, office/site coordination, and immigration processes while acting as the daily bridge between clients, industrial park operators, and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist companies entering or operating in the local industrial park with registration, documentation, and follow‑up.
• Coordinate work visa, residence permit, and related immigration procedures.
• Match office or site resources by liaising with landlords, park operators, and local contacts.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day liaison among clients, government offices, and service providers.
• Clarify process requirements, timelines, and document lists for local setup.
• Maintain organized records of submissions, approvals, and communications.
• Provide regular progress updates and flag bottlenecks to the internal team.
• Support relationship‑building with local partners and service resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Business or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years experience in legal/compliance support, corporate registration, immigration coordination, government liaison or project coordination in Angola.
• Established local contacts and practical knowledge of registration, visa and leasing processes.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; basic Chinese is a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in Angola.
