PKI and HSM Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a PKI and HSM Analyst for an international project in Luanda, Angola, lasting up to sixteen months. The role involves designing and activating a Security Operations Center and managing a multi‑level Public Key Infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and activate the Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Design and implement a four‑level PKI hierarchy with three certificate chains, including hardware security modules, certification policies, practice statements, and time‑stamping.
• Participate in and witness the root key ceremony.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of cybersecurity experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a SOC or PKI environment.
• Hands‑on experience with PKI and Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (optional).
• Commitment to work part‑time initially, then full‑time on the project.
• Fluent English communication skills.
