International Business Development Manager – Overseas Market & Channel Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to lead market entry and channel sales initiatives for our automated logistics solutions. This remote, full‑time position offers high autonomy to build new markets from the ground up and drive revenue growth across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑entry and business development strategies for the assigned overseas market.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture new customers, distributors, agents, system integrators, and strategic partners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building to commercial negotiations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and assess industry trends to uncover business opportunities.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with channel partners and key accounts.
• Lead negotiations and contribute directly to achieving sales targets.
• Support partners and customers throughout project development and implementation.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, business meetings, technical events, and customer visits.
• Collaborate with technical, production, and after‑sales teams to meet customer requirements.
• Collect market feedback and advise on product positioning and market strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Automation, International Trade, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, overseas market development or channel sales experience.
• Proven ability to independently develop new markets and generate business opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
