Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will join WWS Energies in Angola to lead financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities. You will provide analytical insights that support cost control, project evaluation and compliance with IFRS standards, helping to improve overall financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Support cost‑control initiatives and evaluate capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal reporting standards.
• Deliver actionable insights to senior management to drive operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in Oil & Gas or heavy industry.
• Fluent English and Angolan citizenship.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of FP&A and IFRS.
• Cost control and financial reporting expertise.
• Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, Excel and Power BI.
