Space Market, Innovation & Investment Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a senior specialist to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The expert will drive market development, innovation, and investment activities across African and European space ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse space and geospatial market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Design and implement innovation instruments, incubation and acceleration programmes.
• Support entrepreneurs and firms in preparing for investment and accessing finance.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and policy dialogue between African and EU stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and deliverables for the AESPP Boost initiative.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in market analysis, innovation, entrepreneurship, business development or investment advisory in technology sectors.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in space or geospatial markets, covering market studies, commercialization, and investment readiness.
• Familiarity with African space markets and investment ecosystems is an asset.
