About the role
Robert Bosch Angola is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead all financial operations, from daily transactions to strategic planning and reporting. The role ensures financial stability, supports growth, and maintains compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain robust financial operations aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Optimize financial processes to reduce costs, improve cash flow, and enhance profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies while managing financial risks.
- Provide accurate and timely financial insights to support business decisions.
- Build confidence with internal and external stakeholders through transparent reporting.
- Control performance in invoicing, cost control, and cash‑flow management.
- Organise, plan, and direct the use of financial resources, overseeing budget preparation and monitoring.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Allocate financial, physical, technological, and human resources strategically.
- Offer financial advice to business units such as Electrical Tools, Thermotechnology, Home Appliances, Automotive Parts, and Hydraulic Systems.
- Oversee procurement processes, expense control, and relationships with banks and auditors.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting.
