Data Analyst – Business Insights & ERP Management

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will turn raw data into actionable insights that drive operational improvements and strategic decisions. The role works closely with operational and management teams and ensures the effective use of our ERP system (Winrest).

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources on an ongoing basis.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and provide insights for growth opportunities.
• Create reports, dashboards and visualisations that clearly communicate findings.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure proper use and training of the Winrest ERP system.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across the organisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand analytical needs and deliver appropriate support.
• Participate in the implementation of new strategies based on data‑driven recommendations.
• Make recommendations to optimise processes and enhance operational performance.
• Manage team members and contribute to digital transformation and IT initiatives.
• Deploy departmental action plans while complying with group‑wide digital, IT and security guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent English (mandatory); Portuguese or French is a plus.
• Professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Available to start immediately.

Required skills

• Experience with Winrest ERP.
