Customer Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to support our growing user base and help prevent fraud. The role combines direct customer assistance, data‑driven fraud detection, and cross‑functional collaboration to maintain high platform quality.

Key responsibilities

• Handle general support requests across multiple channels, process player ban appeals, and resolve escalated issues.
• Analyze traffic and reports to identify fraudulent users from high‑risk partners, conduct regular traffic sweeps, and flag suspicious behavior.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Sales, and Product teams to address partner issues, write feature requests, and ensure smooth launch of offers and integrations.
• Maintain and update documentation related to fraud detection and support operations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or platform quality, preferably in a high‑volume, written‑communication environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders, external users, and enterprise‑level clients.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail, with a proven track record of process improvement.
