Business Development Analyst

About the role

The Business Development Analyst will support the growth and efficiency of Dulceria Nacional, a distributor within the Webcor Group. The role focuses on strengthening the sales team, expanding market coverage, driving promotional activities, and improving overall commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and monitoring of sales teams and commercial actions.
• Ensure product distribution and coverage across various distributor channels.
• Monitor stock levels and anticipate potential stock‑outs.
• Implement and manage promotional activities at points of sale.
• Conduct price research, competitor analysis and product performance analysis.
• Prepare market and sales reports for internal and supplier use.
• Assist with supplier requests, distributor demands, presentations and training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, marketing or trade marketing.
• Experience in team management and development.
• Knowledge of formal and informal markets in Angola and the Angolan FMCG route‑to‑market.
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning abilities.
• Proactive, process‑oriented and resilient with a solution‑focused mindset.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint.
