AI Trainer – LLM & Generative AI Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented AI Trainer to help develop and refine large language models and generative AI systems. The role is fully remote and involves creating high‑quality training data, evaluating model outputs, and collaborating with engineers and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage end‑to‑end training workflows, including supervised fine‑tuning, RLHF, and red‑team exercises.
• Develop prompt templates and testing scenarios across coding, creative writing, reasoning, and multilingual tasks.
• Define rubrics, analyze model failures, and produce “golden datasets” that set behavior standards.
• Guide junior trainers and annotators, ensuring consistency and high quality.
• Document training methods, model behaviors, and iterative improvements for internal stakeholders.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose enhancements to annotation tools.
• Generate synthetic data to augment training sets and improve robustness in niche scenarios.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant technical field such as software engineering or computer science.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems and spot patterns in data.
• Comfortable reading technical papers and staying current with AI safety research.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
