AI Quality Analyst – Portuguese

About the role

Turing is seeking a Portuguese‑speaking AI Quality Analyst to evaluate a new personalization feature for Gemini. You will use your own Google account to test how the model leverages past conversations, Gmail, Search and YouTube activity to deliver more relevant responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative, multi‑turn prompts based on personal context to stress‑test Gemini’s personalization capabilities.
• Assess model outputs on dimensions such as grounding, integration and helpfulness.
• Review side‑by‑side (SxS) responses, spotting subtle differences in naturalness and over‑narration.
• Document detailed rationales for rankings, referencing specific turn numbers.
• Provide constructive feedback and annotations to improve the system.

Required profile

• High proficiency in reading and writing Portuguese.
• Willingness to use a primary personal Google account and enable data sources for genuine assessment.
• Full‑time availability in your local time zone for a 24‑hour global operation.
• Strong analytical thinking to evaluate nuanced AI responses.
• Creative prompt‑engineering experience.
• Ability to identify incorrect personalization, poor inferences, and forced connections.
• Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing model outputs.
• Excellent written communication for clear, concise rationales.
• Self‑motivated and capable of independent remote work.
• Reliable desktop/laptop setup with a good internet connection.
