Production Adjutant – Temporary

About the role

Nestlé Angola is seeking three Production Adjutants on a temporary basis to support the final stages of its manufacturing process. You will work on the shop floor, ensuring that products are packaged, inspected, and released in line with the company’s high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and follow standard operating procedures.
• Inspect finished goods, identify defects, and take corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement quick solutions.
• Collaborate with fellow operators and other departments to meet daily production targets.
• Adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
