About the role

Baker Hughes is offering a 2026 internship for emerging talent in Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul. The program provides hands‑on experience in a global energy company, allowing you to work on real projects while learning industry‑leading technologies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Complete internal projects that deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn and use internal software tools to support project execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and other interns, networking with global business leaders.
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or another STEM‑related field.
• Maintain a GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent).
• Fluent in oral and written English with strong communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in Angola without company sponsorship.
