About the role

Baker Hughes is offering a 2026 internship focused on assembly, maintenance and overhaul activities in Angola. The program provides hands‑on experience in a global energy environment, allowing you to work on real projects while learning from experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute internal projects that deliver customer outcomes and identify process improvements.
• Learn and use internal software tools to support project tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and fellow interns to exchange ideas and network with global business leaders.
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics or another STEM discipline.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Legal right to work in Angola without company sponsorship.
