About the role

The Department Lead is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations of an assigned retail department. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, pricing, and cleanliness to deliver a high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts, scanning outs, and reconciliation.
• Execute price changes and update signage in coordination with relevant teams.
• Implement planogram sets and playbook features to maximize product placement and sales potential.
• Maintain department cleanliness, enforce sanitation and safety protocols, and ensure visual appeal.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and support front‑end transactions when needed.
• Oversee recovery processes to keep the department organized and visually attractive.

• Proven ability to lead a retail department and manage daily operational tasks.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy and merchandising standards.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team coordination.
