iNOVaTHERM Supervisor – Offshore Thermal Treatment

About the role

The iNOVaTHERM Supervisor will lead offshore thermal treatment operations for oil‑based drilled cuttings in Angola, with occasional work at the Luanda workshop. The role ensures safe, efficient processing and compliance with HSE and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot thermal treatment and processing equipment for oil‑based drilling applications.
• Investigate mechanical and electrical issues, propose improvements and follow best practices.
• Prepare periodic operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Document material usage and maintain accurate job sheets and maintenance records.
• Coordinate daily equipment operation according to guidelines and service schedules.
• Conduct risk assessments and uphold strict safety and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience with mechanical or hydraulic equipment, preferably in thermal treatment or waste management.
• Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or related field is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with onsite personnel and clients.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach.
