Project Specialist

About the role

The Project Specialist will plan, direct and coordinate one or multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role acts as the main liaison between the client, project teams and commercial functions to guarantee successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor and control project budgets, providing revenue and cost advice.
• Develop and maintain resource‑loaded schedules with detailed work breakdown structures.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, supervise on‑site personnel and allocate resources across project phases.
• Identify and resolve issues that could cause downtime or delays, proposing mitigation solutions.
• Assist customers with design concepts, specifications and deliver presentations supporting sales and marketing.
• Coordinate with Operations and Commercial teams on bids, proposals and ITT reviews.
• Review and approve quality plans, technical procedures and project documentation.
• Prepare financial and technical reports, forecasts, variance explanations and invoice approvals.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast revenue, costs and resource needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
