Finance Manager (Angola)

About the role

Robert Bosch Angola is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead all financial operations, from daily transactions to strategic planning and reporting. The role ensures robust financial stability, supports growth objectives, and maintains compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve financial operations to support the company’s strategic goals.
• Optimize processes to reduce costs, improve cash flow, and increase profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies while managing financial risks.
• Provide accurate financial insights for business decisions and stakeholder confidence.
• Control performance through invoicing, cost control, and cash‑flow management.
• Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, forecasts, and ensure timely tax and social security submissions.
• Allocate financial, physical, technological, and human resources strategically.
• Offer financial advisory support to various business units such as Electrical Tools, Thermotechnology, Home Appliances, Automotive Parts, and Hydraulic Systems.
• Manage procurement processes, expense control, and relationships with banks and auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
