SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our search strategy, boost visibility, and manage advertising budgets to achieve measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve organic rankings.
• Optimize meta tags, landing pages, site structure, and collaborate with developers on fixes.
• Plan, launch, and refine paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI.
• Develop link‑building tactics to increase domain authority.
• Monitor and report on SEO and PPC performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
• Analyze competitor strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
