Senior Surveyor (Service Excellence)

About the role

The Senior Surveyor will lead field activities for service‑excellence survey projects, ensuring client expectations are met while maintaining safe and efficient operations. This role combines hands‑on surveying, crew coordination, and offshore project management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist new and existing employees in following safe work procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, crew members, and project managers.
• Conduct and document daily Job Safety Analyses and pre‑tower safety meetings.
• Oversee offshore operations, including personnel, daily progress, and asset utilization.
• Execute specific job tasks as directed by clients or project managers.
• Maintain compliance with company safety rules and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Care for and ensure the safety of company equipment.
• Provide training to field personnel and temporarily supervise assigned crews.

Required profile

• Strong team‑leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize project work.
• Knowledge of safety inspection methods and accident‑prevention techniques.
• Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities, weather, and equipment issues.
• Good sense of direction and ability to self‑navigate in the field.
• Basic field calculation skills and proficiency with required information‑technology systems.
• Customer‑focused mindset with solid communication and ethical standards.
