Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead Neway’s valve sales and business development activities across Angola, Namibia and Congo Brazzaville. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, providing quotations, and delivering market intelligence to secure orders from national oil companies and international oil corporations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and develop sales forecasts for major oil & gas, petrochemical, FPSO, power, renewable energy and water treatment projects.
• Coordinate technical and methodological support to achieve pre‑qualification and registration of Neway valves with EPCs and end‑users.
• Organise and attend high‑level meetings with senior representatives of Sonangol, Total Energies, Exxon Mobil, ENI, BP, Equinor and other key customers.
• Maintain and expand Neway’s influence within client organisations, ensuring continuous growth of market share.
• Monitor local content regulations and incentive policies in the covered territories.
• Collaborate with HQ sales and product teams to align pricing strategies, respond to technical queries and prepare competitive bids.
• Visit customers regularly, deliver product presentations, and support trade‑show participation and product training.
• Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports and coordinate advertising materials.

Required profile

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in valve sales or oil‑and‑gas industrial business.
• Professional and courteous communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with end‑users and EPCs.
