QSR Capability Coach – Field Based (Angola)

About the role

The QSR Capability Coach will be the primary learning and development resource for Hungry Lion stores and regional operations in Angola. Working directly in the field, you will drive behaviour change, ensure compliance with brand and food‑safety standards, and support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly Store Certification Audits and gap assessments to identify operational or leadership deficiencies.
• Facilitate Manager Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) and New Country training sessions, both virtually and in‑person.
• Execute mandatory 30‑day follow‑ups for all training to guarantee 100% behaviour change and SOP adherence.
• Respond to training requests from Regional Operations Managers within agreed service‑level agreements.
• Manage a portfolio of 8–12 stores, conducting 1–3 on‑site visits per day and following a weekly audit and reporting rhythm.
• Track audit scores, pass/fail results, and action plans in a Weekly Activity Log submitted every Friday.
