Production Technologist

About the role

We are looking for a Production Technologist to join our Oilfield Services team. You will apply production technology expertise to multidisciplinary projects, helping clients optimise their energy extraction assets and supporting facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide segment‑related analysis using state‑of‑the‑art techniques to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
• Lead analytical and design activities, applying proven technologies and methodologies.
• Work independently and within diverse teams, presenting findings to senior leaders and cross‑functional groups.
• Develop cross‑technology solutions and act as a key contact for customers on product or service offerings.
• Author training content and facilitate internal training courses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s or Doctorate is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering/technology, preferably in geoservices, subsurface, petroleum or production engineering.
• Demonstrated knowledge of production technology or petroleum engineering concepts.
• Experience across multiple petroleum basins and understanding of geological and reservoir complexities.
• Fluent English communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
