Mission Support Supervisor – Angola

About the role

The Mission Support Supervisor provides essential operational support to the Luanda North Mission, ensuring that missionary facilities and related services run smoothly in alignment with the Church’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with the mission president to meet all missionary facility needs.
• Negotiate apartment leases and renewals, manage vendor requests, and verify work meets specifications.
• Conduct bi‑annual formal maintenance inspections of missionary housing.
• Oversee mission drivers and home attendants.
• Scope and manage building renovation projects as required.
• Anticipate upcoming mission needs and lead moderately complex projects.
• Perform duties of direct reports when necessary and handle any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Current and valid temple recommend; must be a temple‑worthy member of the Church.
• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma with relevant experience and applicable certifications.
• Minimum five years of related experience, higher‑education, or certification progress.
• Prior leadership experience in a work setting.
