About the role
TalentWorldGroup is looking for a fluent Croatian speaker to join a leading European travel‑tech platform as a Pre‑Sales Representative. You will work remotely, contacting homeowners and guiding them through the early qualification process for vacation‑rental partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Call homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing leads.
- Conduct pre‑qualification calls, assessing property suitability, licensing, pricing and availability.
- Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems.
- Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up.
- Record interactions and follow‑ups in internal dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Required profile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
- Comfortable handling both warm and cold outreach calls.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a team.
Required skills
- Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
- Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
