Commercial Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to support the financial and commercial execution of service orders within our Compression Service Organization. You will act as a finance partner to sales and project teams, ensuring projects meet financial targets, compliance standards and risk guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyse and negotiate financial and commercial terms for customer proposals and master agreements.
• Ensure accurate cost calculations and pricing structures during contract negotiations in collaboration with sales leads and project managers.
• Manage revenue recognition, forecasting, cash‑flow and margin optimisation for assigned projects.
• Monitor project risks and opportunities, support continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with IFRS 15, local GAAP, tax and foreign‑exchange policies.
• Prepare and present regular project and financial status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams across multiple countries and travel when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or project execution environments.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS and Percentage‑of‑Completion accounting principles.
• Experience working in international, cross‑functional settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with a high level of autonomy.
