About the role

Turing is seeking a Portuguese‑speaking AI Quality Analyst to evaluate a new personalization feature for Gemini. You will use your own Google account data to test how well the model integrates past conversations, Gmail, Search, and YouTube activity into more relevant responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative, multi‑turn prompts based on personal context to challenge the model.
• Assess the quality of personalized responses across dimensions such as grounding, integration, and helpfulness.
• Review side‑by‑side model outputs and identify subtle differences in naturalness or over‑narration.
• Write clear, concise rationales for rankings, referencing specific turn numbers.
• Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations to improve the system.

Required profile

• High proficiency in reading and writing Portuguese.
• Willingness to use a primary personal Google account and enable data sources for genuine assessment.
• Full‑time availability in your local time zone for a 24‑hour global operations team.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
