An international oil & gas operator in Angola is seeking an experienced Rotating Machinery Engineer to join the Maintenance Lead Mechanics team supporting offshore production assets.The position is residential in Luanda, with regular interface with offshore facilities.POSTE / MISSIONSOperational Scope 4 FPSOs Approximately 30 gas turbines Large fleet of rotating and mechanical equipment including: Turbo generators Turbo compressors Injection pumps Cranes Valves and auxiliary systemsKey Responsibilities Provide technical and methodological support for rotating machinery maintenance activities. Develop, optimize, and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and work methods. Support preventive and corrective maintenance on critical rotating equipment. Analyze equipment performance, failures, and reliability indicators. Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement plans. Interface with offshore teams, vendors, and OEMs. Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards. Participate in shutdowns, inspections, and major maintenance campaigns. Support documentation, reporting, and technical follow-up activities.PROFIL RECHERCHÉProfile & Qualifications Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Solid experience in rotating machinery within oil & gas offshore environments. Strong methods-oriented profile (maintenance engineering, planning, procedures). Experience with FPSOs and gas turbines is a strong advantage.
